Working in male-dominated industries is a lonely game. We lack traditional support structures that most careers have built in, and, sorry - but what mentors? It’s tough navigating workplaces that weren’t designed for you, and even tougher to be a leader in one. I started Climbing Trees Consulting to solve this problem. I work with female engineers to build authority, get recognized & paid for their work, and develop leadership skills. But mostly? I provide support that is often so elusive in male-dominated industries.
