Hi! I’m Hannah Dunham - chemical engineer, organizational psychologist, and leadership consultant.
After a decade in chemical engineering, I led a team of 120 in a billion-dollar manufacturing plant. Now, I help women in STEM lead boldly—and help organizations build cultures where that’s possible.
With a degree in industrial-organizational psychology and a coaching style that’s as strategic as it is direct, I work with both individuals and companies to build confident, influential leaders.
